Minors

Be honest and clear about your age. Never lie about your age to another person or in an Internet chat room. You will open yourself up to unwanted attention and material that may expose you to danger.

Adults

Make sure you know who you are dating. Do not engage in any type of sexual activity until you know for sure that your partner is at least 17 years of age. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Parents

Know who your minor is dating. If you know your minor is sexually active, please make sure you educate them about sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy and knowledge of the law.
