Growing
Strong is a rape crisis center in Decatur, IL. We provide healing
services to victims of sexual assault and sexual abuse, and their significant
others.
This program is designed to discuss and define sexual abuse. During this presentation, professionals will learn the myths and attitudes of sexual violence and look at the affects that sexual violence has on their victims.
This program provides information about how to handle a disclosure of abuse and what procedures to follow.
This program is intended to discuss and define child sexual abuse. We will discuss the myths and attitudes surrounding child sexual abuse along with some physical indicators and behavior indicators that may be a sign of possible sexual abuse.
During this program, professionals will learn what bullying is and its effects on students be it at home, school, or else where in the community. We will also discuss the myths and attitudes of bullying and some measures that can be taken to prevent it.
This program is designed as an informational program about Growing Strong Sexual Assault Center and the services we provide.
